Yes, I LOVE a good sequel! As you guys know, I've been really enjoying using affordable products lately, especially those belonging to the wonderful brand Technic Cosmetics. So today, much like my first Technic Cosmetics Brand Focus post, I'm coming at you with the ultimate lowdown on these new makeup goodies that won't break the bank.
Bronzing Baked Eyeshadow* - £1.99
As I mentioned in my previous post about Technic, their eyeshadow formula is absolutely fabulous, therefore, it doesn't surprise me in any way, shape or form that this palette was shortlisted in the 2016 Pure Beauty Awards and WON a Beauty Shortlist Editor's Choice in 2017!
All of these baked shimmers really pack a punch when it comes to pigmentation and are incredibly buttery and smooth on application.
In terms of the colour selection, we have a real mixed bag here of warm bronzes and other cooler hues, which is really helpful and allows one to create a variety of different day and night looks. Versatility goals SHOOK. I totally recommend this palette for those of you looking to add a beautiful pop of colour to your eye makeup!
Metalix Cream Eyeshadow (Plum Pudding)* - £1.99
On the subject of eyeshadow, I've been trying to experiment with a lot more cream formulas lately, as I've been intrigued by the differing textures and finishes. And I've been loving this one in the shade Plum Pudding - I've been using it to complete vampy looks for the last while and it's worked a treat!
This deep, rich purple is incredibly pigmented and metallic and works fabulously on the lid, accompanied by a hint of black in the crease in order to smoke it out. Obviously it's not going to be one of those everyday wearable shades, however, when it is appropriate, it really makes a statement.
The texture is quite loose, so I recommend layering it with the wonderful doe foot applicator provided for a consistent shine. It also dries fairly quickly, ensuring that your experience using it is SMUDGELESS and, quite frankly, seamless.
Ultimate Brow Kit* - £2.50
Right, time to move slightly higher on the face, all the way to those brows! Now, I have a tendency to stick within my comfort zone when it comes to taming and styling my eyebrows, hence why I've never really tried using powders before - I'm a pencil girl all the way! However, I must admit, I've really enjoyed my experience using this eyebrow powder and wax, despite the fact it's not 100% what I'm used to.
This kit comes with three different shades of brow powder, some clear wax and all of the tools required to keep them looking ON FLEEK.
As my eyebrows are a sort of black brown hue, the top shade (from my swatches) is spot on and really does the job effectively, filling in the gaps. And, my god, the wax is just the icing on the cake - it really gives the hairs a natural appeal whilst holding them down at the same time, which I love!
Overall, this is a stunning little kit and, for such a small price, why not pick it up?
Superfine Translucent Pressed Powder* - £1.99
Being the absolute buffoon I happen to be, I forgot to photograph my ultimate favourite product out of this entire collection: THE BLOODY TRANSLUCENT POWDER. Therefore, I've attached a rather generic photo (all products included) in which, as you can see, the powder is on the right hand side.
This powder is an absolute triumph for setting that full face of makeup; it's ideal for cosmetics lovers and an absolute bargain, if you ask me. My main reason for using this regularly is the ease of it all - a good quality compact makes leaving the house on time so much easier. And your face won't fall off halfway through the day, which is a major plus!
Colour Correcting Setting Powder* - £1.99
Again, another great, incredibly fine powder from Technic! Although I only use this one on nights out (when I actually have the time to sit and fiddle with loose powder), I genuinely do see the colour correcting effect after it's been applied! It's fabulous!
Sometimes, due to the fact that I'm still in my terrible teenage years, my skin is rather aggravated and this powder has really helped to keep redness at bay and brighten that undereye, which is all I could ever ask. Bare in mind though, if you do have oily skin, you may need to reapply or blot to maintain a matte finish.
Colour Fix Pressed Powder Contouring Palette 2* - £2.99
Trust me, I asked that pesky rose petal to leave my contour palette alone but it refused on several occasions - I reckon it's just as in love with these powders as I am! To be honest, for me, you can't go wrong with a good contour and these shades do a fabulous job at sculpting the face.
As usual, the powder used for these is very finely milled, smooth to the touch and buttery on application, making them very blendable indeed!

Colour Fix Cream Foundation Contouring Palette 2* - £2.99
And last, but not least, we have yet another lovely contouring palette (my cheeks have never been so chiseled guys!) however, this one is in a cream formula which, for those of you who read my posts regularly will know, I've just started to get into. That's right, I've finally abandoned my fear of 'muddy' contour and am slaying those creams! The formula here is spot on for me, as it's not too waxy, easy to apply and warms up effortlessly on your fingers.
